Hey all. Good morning! Cody surprised me with a kitten yesterday so I am now officially not the only female in the house She is about 12 weeks old and I will post pictures later. I got her to use the litterbox this morning (Double YAY). We are nerds so of course we named her after a character from one of our favorite movies, Spaceballs! Yes you got it right, her name is “Vespa” after Princess Vespa lol… At least we didn’t go total Star Wars although there were a few names picked from that movie, the Harry Potter series, and The Princess Bride LOL

 Anywho, I have had a migraine for a full day now and so has Cody. I think it’s just exhaustion, we both haven’t been sleeping much at all as of lately. As you can see, I am still not lol. I am working on another template for my freebies this month, then my 5th challenge for ADSR and then i’ll go back to bed for a few.

So without any more delay I will post the next freebie for August 4th! I really hope you are all enjoying these freebies!

I had some exciting news that I had hoped to share with you all a few days ago but unfortunately it didn’t happen =\ Soo I will wait for a few more days and let you all know lol. I am excited and anxious to share it but don’t want to jinx it.

 I have been busy busy busy lately, (you will see why in a few).  Cody and I had to go to Charlotte last night after he got off of work so he could finish this race car he’s been working on since it is supposed to be at the racetrack this weekend in Kershaw (found out it’s in South Carolina). He ended up working until 3:30 am! We didn’t get home until about 5:30 am and then he was up at 7:15 am to go back to his regular job YIKES! Poor guy.. Needless to say, Wes and I slept in We both woke about 1 pm! Oh soo nice

 Speaking of Wes, he has learned how to climb out of his crib (JOY!) and he can reach doorknobs and turn them so it’s time for doorknob covers =\

I am going to a Mommy & me luncheon thingy tomorrow and have to find some time to finish my 5th layout for the Amazing Digital Scrapbooking Race since we are leaving at 5:30 pm tomorrow to go back to Charlotte for Cody to work some more for extra $$. The 6th challenge looks insane but fun. My partner, Clare, is going to do this one, though, since it is a pne person challenge and she likes the sound of it So I get to sit this one out which is great right now since my time is soo far stretched. I get the next one person layout though I am having SOooo much fun in ADSR season 2 and honestly hope to see season 3 following closely behind it.  Anywho, I guess I won’t hold you in suspense for much longer on another surprise of mine. So I will finish up this post and make the announcement. Night all!

As some of you might know, my family travels to Charlotte, NC every weekend so my fiance can pick up some extra work on the side for us. It is quite a pain in the bum with packing and unpacking every few days, the long car ride, no baby proofed anything down there so mommy is always on the go and never having any moments at the house to do anything for ourselves. Sounds pretty selfish but you should see our lawn!

I usually take our laptop with us and nab onto their wireless net for a few hours but this weekend I was determined to finish my 300+ pages I had left in my Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows book. I was at the midnight Potter party here and still hadn’t finished my book! Geez. Well I am proud to say that I finally finished it and LOVED it. I cried of sadness and happyness throughout the entire thing. Now that I am done with my book I can get back to scrapping

I hope to have a new freebie up by tomorrow evening but we shall see. Anywho, we just got home awhile ago and I am super beat so until later today, take care!
